Rachael is Absolutely the Best!! She has made me aware of so many things. Ex: How to control my portion size and still be Satisfied. I alway thought I needed 3 burgers, but that was mentally..These pass few months I only went to eating 1 double burger..The mind is very powerful but Rachael has a way of finding the root cause of why we eat the way we do! As a result of loss 2 inches off my belt. has to make additional holes in it in just 3months! I also cut considerably my soda intake! Since I started this program, I have lost 11 lbs at just halfway through the program. I have also lost 3 inches in my hips and 3.5 inches in my waist. I broke my chocolate addiction/craving, and learned a ton of healthy recipes and mindfulness strategies that I practice every day to continue this healthy eating lifestyle. I don’t even know where to begin…when I first met Rachel I had goals of losing weight. For years I battled being underweight and unhealthy, disordered eating. Unfortunately after becoming “weight restored” I had the new challenge of losing weight in a healthy way. I did lose weight…about 8 pounds, but what I gained was something I never achieved in therapy…true body acceptance. For the first time in my life I don’t hate my pictures. Even when I was a size 00 I thought I looked fat and I hated pictures. Today, I don’t. I’m continuing my journey with Rachel to continue to build healthy habits. I’ve learned it is not the number on the scale that I should be so focused on, but how I feel inside.
I love Rachael! I was struggling with losing weight until I started her program.
